STREETS OF RAGE 3

Mega Drive Pal | 1994

The renowned Streets of Rage series has it's final installment on the Mega Drive. The Streets of Rage series are all 2D side scrolling beat em ups and pretty good ones too. You and your gang embark on a mission to clean up the streets from a gang take over.

The game came on the end of the Mega Drive's life span and has such has great graphics and sound. This game is great as single player and with 2 players.

This game has to be one of the best Mega Drive games ever. I'd love to do a mini site on the Streets of Rage series.

RESIDENT EVIL

Game Cube Pal | 2002

The first re-release of the famed Resident Evil series from Capcom takes the original 1st hit episode of the series and remakes it with stunning visuals, improved controls and more gameplay.

The game is set is a mysterious mansion where the survivors of a rescue team have no choice but to take refuge after being attacked. Strange things begin happen, people vanish, zombies roam corridors and a sinister experiment is uncovered.

The original Resident Evil was released on Saturn, Playstation and PC in 1997. Since then there have been sequels and spin offs of the series not to mention the movie. At this time the RE series is exclusive to the Game Cube.

STARFOX ADVENTURES

Game Cube Pal | 2002

Fox Mcloud returns in a new adventure and his first for the game cube. Rather than a action game involving space combat in your arwing this is an RPG.

Whilst flying through space Star Fox and his gang are ordered to investigate a disturbance on Dinosaur planet. This planet turns out to be in a bad state. Armies of General Scales are stomping around, the spiritual leaders have gone and there is a girl in distress. All these have to be sorted to save the day.

The game has some stunning graphics really showing what the game cube can do. It is also has the distinction of being the last game that Rare will do for Nintendo after being snapped up by Microsoft.
