SEGA AGES 2500/3D AGES

These are a collection of remakes of past SEGA hit titles such as Golden Axe, Space Harrier, Virtua Fighter, Phantasy Star and Panzer Dragoon under a brand called SEGA Ages 2500 Series and released as budget titles.

3D-Ages was a company set up as a joint venture between SEGA and publisher D3. It worked on the first fifteen volumes of the SEGA Ages 2500 series before SEGA took complete control over it. When reversed, 3D-Ages becomes SEGA-D3.

In addition to the upgraded game they typically contain extras such as artwork and music.

They can still be easily found on Ebay or through import shops.

The following list is the library at the time of writing.
