Again Quartz Quadrant has become another manufacturing complex. No water, no trees and plenty of machinery. Looks like all the crystals have been mined to death.
Past Good Future

The past saw Quarz Quadrant have loads of water and trees were cut down. No conveyor belts as electricity probably has not been invented yet.

In the good future Quartz Quadrant has more industry but the plantlife has been preserved. The Quartz crystals are used for highlights of machines used like Robotniks spikes.
