A mining operation is in progress. There are plenty of conveyor belts across almost every platform as well as plenty of switches and tunnels.
Robotnik
Here you must simply run at Robotnik and work the converyor belt against his capsule. Keep well clear of the mines which are dropped as they break into 4. Friction eventually wears the capsule down till it explodes.
